Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Hereford

Kidwells24 is a forward-thinking marketing agency based in Herefordshire, offering creative and results-driven marketing solutions. Our services include social media management & content creation, website development & management, hosting & domain support, videography, photography, SEO and PPC.
We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to our clients and driving their brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management – Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring their marketing needs are met.
  • Project Coordination – Managing multiple marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Content & Digital Expertise – Produce engaging content, create website audits, and manage hosting and domain services for clients.
  • Strategy & Growth – Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client marketing strategies and support business development efforts.
  • Collaboration – Working closely with key stakeholders, such as white-labelling partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Flexibility & Commitment – Occasionally working outside standard hours to meet deadlines or attend client shoots. Travel will be required, so a valid driving licence is essential.

Person Specification

  • Experience: At least 2 years in an account management role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Client-Facing Confidence: Comfortable leading client meetings, presenting ideas, and building strong professional relationships.
  • Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, website management, and social media.
  • Ideas-Driven Approach: A creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop marketing initiatives that drive results.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong project management abilities, including deadline management.
  • Experience using WordPress or other CMS.
  • Experience in using Meta Business Suite (setting up social media ads, scheduling, reporting and overall management of social media accounts.
