Joshua is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2025. His arrival followed many years spent as a highly capable operations manager across diverse sectors, including Aviation, Petrochemicals, and Systems Technology. Joshua has a strong record of business improvements and championing Health & Safety initiatives. Demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development, Joshua is currently pursuing his NEBOSH certification to further enhance his skills and expertise. In Joshua’s spare time, he spends his free time with his wife and children caring for their animals.

Operations Manager

Frances studied at Hartpury College where she got a triple D* in an Extended Diploma in Agriculture. Before starting with Kidwells in 2023, she worked with horses and farm work her whole life. She also did all the admin work at her home farm. In her spare time, Frances enjoys competing with her horses and playing rugby for Cheltenham Tiggers. She also enjoys time with her family and friends.

Lucy is based in the Hereford Office and joined Kidwells’ HR team in January 2025. She is a Swansea University history graduate, having completed her studies in 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys computer games and model craft kits.

Vicki is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2025. After working as a teaching assistant whilst her children were small, she is now developing her previous experience in the HR field by supporting the Kidwells’ HR team. In Vicki’s spare time, she loves going to the theatre and spending time with her family.

Abby is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2021. After graduating from the University of Worcester with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development, completing both her Masters Degree and LPC at the University of Law whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a Solicitor. Abby is a qualified solicitor and is Head of the Crime and Family departments at Kidwells. In Abby’s spare time, she loves baking and spending time with her dogs.

Caitlin is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2022. After graduating from Cardiff University with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development by studying both her Masters Degree and LPC through the University of Law, whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a solicitor. In Caitlin’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

After graduating from the University of the West of England, Jake joined a team where he would hold free independent legal advice sessions for clients concerning Entertainment law. In Jake’s spare time, he is an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoys cross-country running.

Joanna joined Kidwells in 2024 as a senior paralegal and is based in the Bristol office. She graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law and has gained experience in different Civil Litigation areas over the past seven years including, personal injury, financial mis-selling and debt recovery. In her spare time, she likes to go for country walks with friends, baking and spending time with her dog, Dyson.

Joshua is based in our Bristol office and began his Kidwells journey in 2024. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024 with a Law Master’s Degree, having previously gained experience in various areas of civil law including intellectual property and commercial conveyancing. In Josh’s spare time, he is an avid football fan, likes to play hockey for his local club and spend time with friends and family.

Toby is based in the Bristol office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2024. After graduating from the University of Law with a First Class Honours Degree, Toby joined the Bristol office as the Head of Conveyancing with several years of experience behind him dealing with Conveyancing transactions. In Toby’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Tianna is based in the Bristol office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2024. She graduated from University of the West of England in 2021 with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is now studying towards her SQE qualification through an Apprenticeship, to become a Solicitor. In Tianna’s spare time she enjoys binge watching series, trying new foods and spending time with family.

Tianna Sampson

Apprentice Licensed Conveyancer

Anna-Mariya, based in the Hereford office, joined Kidwells in 2024. A Liverpool John Moores University graduate (2023), she is currently working in the Family department while pursuing her Master’s and LPC. Before Kidwells, she volunteered at Support Through Court, aiding individuals in civil and family proceedings, and contributed to one of Europe’s largest law clinics. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family.

Laura is based in the Hereford office and began her role as a Paralegal at Kidwells in 2024. She previously worked at Kidwells as a Legal Secretary until 2018, before starting a career in the housing sector. She has now returned to further her career in Law. In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and baking with her children.

During her degree, Sofia worked at the university law clinic and is looking to further her experience before pursuing a training contract. After graduating from the University of Bristol with a Law Degree, she went on to complete the SQE, and achieved an LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law. She is now undertaking a commercial paralegal role to become a Solicitor. In her spare time, Sofya enjoys reading and hiking.

Phoebe is based in the Hereford Office and began her journey at Kidwell’s in November 2024. After graduating from the University of Leicester with a Law Degree, she has stayed in the field of law, working as a Legal Secretary. Phoebe hopes to progress at Kidwells whilst continuing her professional development and completing the SQE. In Phoebe’s spare time, she likes seeing her friends, walking her dog, and travelling new cities/countries.

Sam is based in the Hereford office and began working for Kidwells in 2021. Having trained in a medium-sized accountancy practice and worked in industry for a number of years, Sam understands the inner workings of a business, whilst having a technical focus and a wide knowledge of tax. This gives him a unique wealth of experience with which to guide and advise businesses with all their financial requirements. In Sam’s spare time, he is a part-time musician, is a member of the Hereford Cathedral choir, has two children and enjoys playing squash.

Megan is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. Megan has worked within the finance function for several years. With her main role being within the purchase ledger function, Megan also assists with other financial duties, including bookkeeping for accountancy clients. In Megan’s free time, she enjoys spending time spending time with friends and family and walking her dogs.

Prior to joining Kidwells, Olivia studied Uniformed Public and Protective Services and achieved a DDM – meaning ‘double distinction merit’. The course consisted of police and military training, including a study of the law and politics. Within that course, Olivia got to do a lot of outdoor adventurous activities such as kayaking, surfing, abseiling, and mountain hiking – all of which sparked her love for the outdoors. Olivia now enjoys going on walks, travelling, and just experiencing new places.

Sasha is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2025. Sasha is currently studying an Agricultural Degree at Hartpury University which she will graduate from in June 2025. In Sasha’s spare time she enjoys travelling the world and has previously volunteered in Sri Lanka on a turtle conservation project and Bali in a children’s nursery. Sasha also regularly spends time on the farm and tenders her own small flock of sheep

Lorna is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2021. She holds a 2:1 degree in Graphic & Media Design and has continued to develop her skills throughout her time at the firm. Most recently, she achieved a Distinction in the Level 5 Operations Manager qualification, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth. Outside of work, Lorna enjoys attending music events, DJing with her partner, and exploring the outdoors on long walks with her dog, Luna.

Billy is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2022 as an apprentice. He completed a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship in 2023 and is continuing his development with a Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship with Kidwells in 2024. In Billy’s free time, he livestreams on Twitch, plays video games and does motocross photography.

Simon is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2023. After many years working as a Field Service Engineer, he retrained into web development through a government funded boot camp. Outside of work hours, Simon plays in his family band, The Rosellys, restoring vintage Volkswagens and rescuing/rehoming commercial chickens through the FSFH charity.
