Operations Director

Frances studied at Hartpury College where she got a triple D* in an Extended Diploma in Agriculture. Before starting with Kidwells in 2023, she worked with horses and farm work her whole life. She also did all the admin work at her home farm.

In her spare time, Frances enjoys competing with her horses and playing rugby for Cheltenham Tiggers. She also enjoys time with her family and friends.

Francis Layton

The Legal Team

Abby is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2021. After graduating from the University of Worcester with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development, completing both her Masters Degree and LPC at the University of Law whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a Solicitor.

In Abby’s spare time, she loves baking and spending time with her dogs.

Abby Washbourne

Family & Crime

Caitlin is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2022. After graduating from Cardiff University with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development by studying both her Masters Degree and LPC through the University of Law, whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a solicitor.

In Caitlin’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Caitlin Abell

Trainee Solicitor

Based in the Bristol office Judy has previously worked in finance, specifically private client tax work, and is in the process of completing the final year of her law degree at University of West of England in Bristol, with the hopes of progressing through her solicitor training afterwards

In her spare time, Judy enjoys walking her dog, trying new restaurants with friends and family, and watching rugby.

Paralegal

Jake is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2023. After graduating from the University of the West of England, Jake joined a team where he would hold free independent legal advice sessions for clients concerning Entertainment law.

In Jake’s spare time, he is an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoys cross-country running.

Jake Nolan

Senior Paralegal

Joanna joined Kidwells in 2024 as a senior paralegal and is based in the Bristol office. She graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law and has gained experience in different Civil Litigation areas over the past seven years including, personal injury, financial mis-selling and debt recovery.

In her spare time, she likes to go for country walks with friends, baking and spending time with her dog, Dyson.

Joanna Schwemin

Senior Paralegal

Amanpreet joined our Civil Litigation Team in February 2024. She was born and raised in Germany and moved to the UK in 2004 to study Law at De Montfort University in Leicester and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School. Amanpreet is a highly driven and proactive multi-lingual Solicitor with over 10 years PQE experience. She has worked in Personal Injury, Family Law, Commercial Property Recoveries, Financial Services Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

Outside work, Amanpreet enjoys spending time with her children, going to the gym and socialising.

Haranjit is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2024. After graduating from the University of Worcester with a LLB Hons Law Degree, he has continued his professional development, completing the LPC and LLM at the University of Law and is now undertaking a training contract to become a Solicitor. Haranjit has a particular interest in Residential Conveyancing. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jenni is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2022. Jenni previously worked as a Paralegal, dealing with personal injury claims, before joining Kidwells. Jenni offers support to the legal team by helping them stay organised and keeping our clients informed.

Azra is based in the Bristol office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. After graduating from Newcastle University with a Law degree, Azra joined Kidwells to learn more about the legal world and develop her commercial awareness.

In Azra’s spare time, she enjoys going for walks, playing football and trying new restaurants.

Azra Anver

Legal Secretary

Beth is based in the Bristol office and started working with Kidwells in the summer of 2024. After working as a teacher, Beth decided to work as a legal secretary as she wanted to have a career change. Beth is looking forward for continual learning and growth in the new role.

Beth loves to spend time with her family, cook, read, and embroider. You can often find her under a blanket, on the sofa with a podcast playing.

Andy is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2019. Andy has over 25 years’ experience as an Accountant and joined the Kidwells Group to improve performance, as well as support Kidwells Accountancy clients with financial strategy.

In Andy’s free time, he enjoys playing squash and spending time with his family.

Andrew Robinson

Accountant COFA

Marcus is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2022. Marcus has several years of experience working in financial and data analytical roles. His role includes analysing the group data and supporting the strategic plan, by gathering data concepts for the group. He is also an Account Manager for Accountancy clients, ensuring a smooth process from bookkeeping, accounts preparation and tax advice.

In Marcus’ free time he enjoys spending time playing football and going out with his friends and family.

Marcus Potts

Operations Manager

Sam is based in the Hereford office and began working for Kidwells in 2021. Having trained in a medium-sized accountancy practice and worked in industry for a number of years, Sam understands the inner workings of a business, whilst having a technical focus and a wide knowledge of tax. This gives him a unique wealth of experience with which to guide and advise businesses with all their financial requirements.

In Sam’s spare time, he is a part-time musician, is a member of the Hereford Cathedral choir, has two children and enjoys playing squash.

Sam Bayliss

Consultant Accountant

Megan is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. Megan has worked within the finance function for several years. With her main role being within the purchase ledger function, Megan also assists with other financial duties, including bookkeeping for accountancy clients.

In Megan’s free time, she enjoys spending time spending time with friends and family and walking her dogs.

Megan Boyles

Senior Finance Assistant

Prior to joining Kidwells, Olivia studied Uniformed Public and Protective Services and achieved a DDM – meaning ‘double distinction merit’. The course consisted of police and military training, including a study of the law and politics. Within that course, Olivia got to do a lot of outdoor adventurous activities such as kayaking, surfing, abseiling, and mountain hiking – all of which sparked her love for the outdoors.

Olivia now enjoys going on walks, travelling, and just experiencing new places.

Lorna is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2021. After graduating from Hereford College of Arts with a degree in Graphic & Media Design, she worked in a marketing role for several years before joining Kidwells, where her keen eye for design really shone.

In Lorna’s spare time she loves attending music festivals and walking her dog, Luna.

Lisa is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. Lisa has over 14 years of experience in media sales, as a media sales account manager.

In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys travel, holidays and exploring new places with her husband. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, as well as spending time with her family and friends, attending music festivals and cooking.

Joanne started her journey at Kidwells in 2024, having worked in the Marketing and Brand industry for over 20 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Billy is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2022. He completed a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Kidwells where he pursued his passion for marketing development.

In Billy’s free time he meets with his friends, plays video games, and does motocross photography.

Rebecca is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells In 2022. Having moved to Hereford, she decided to pursue a career in Digital Marketing after previously qualifying in Health & Social Care and Childcare Level 2.

In Rebecca’s free time, she enjoys exploring the countryside, spending time in nature and enjoys travelling to new places around the UK.

Rebecca Kemp

Junior Social Media Specialist

Simon is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2023. After many years working as a Field Service Engineer, he retrained into web development through a government funded boot camp.

Outside of work hours, Simon plays in his family band, The Rosellys, restoring vintage Volkswagens and rescuing/rehoming commercial chickens through the FSFH charity.

After graduating from Cardiff University with a first-class degree in English Language, Alice began working as a Marketing Executive. She decided to take some time to travel the world; visiting Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia and returning to Kidwells a few months later.

In Alice’s free time she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and walking her Cocker Spaniel, Evie.
